I Started In 2013 The Way Most Accountants Do, Inside A CPA Firm, Learning The Technical Side. I Studied Applied Accounting At Oxford Brookes University And Became ACCA Qualified Soon After, Which Eventually Led To My Current Status As A Fellow Member Of ACCA.
A Few Years In, I Started Freelancing On The Side, Working Directly With Small And Medium Businesses. That’s Where I Actually Learned How Different Industries Operate, Healthcare, Restaurants, Real Estate, SaaS, AI Companies, And Started Noticing The Same Handful Of Problems Everywhere I Looked.
In 2016, I Founded HireNCS To Take That Further. Not Just Working With Financial Reports, But Running A Real Business Myself, With A Team, Payroll, And Deadlines Of My Own. In 2020, That Work Was Recognized At The BASIS Outsourcing Award.
